Minister says protocol is of "technical nature"

the protocol will never work if dont get stamped from the kosovo parlamentary.i dont understund why we have to pay for this people of eulex while them trying to mess things in kosovo.

Can the Minister define the words "technical nature", so that uneducated Serbs and Albanians will know the meaning, I know, and it means squat!

Les cons s'ils savaient! i kinda like to look at the big picture. in the big picture and in my book if someone supports terrorist separatist gangs and tries to take my country's sovereign territories they're committing CRIME. dont try to commit major crime and get me to help you steal my land by telling me i'm only fighting minor crime and that's all it is. it's not gaschamber it's only a shower, eh? dont everybody like to be clean? forked tongue hypocrites. Fraud and farce. But this is what eulex needs to watch

You know, "technical" as in the Kumanovo "Military Technical Agreement."

for kosovars this agreement means that they can be ticked off that eulex wants to dance around politically and string serbia along by the nose by playing middlemen between the two. As it is, they do have valid complaint that signing an agreement with a foreign govt. that is hostile to them, and without their involvement is inappropriate. but it's a vague complaint. had kosovo demanded they be directly involved when eulex signed similar agreements with albania/macedonia etc. they could have demanded the same now, wich would have put serbia in the position it does not want to be in, that is dealing with kosovo directly.
But since these agreements dont hurt kosovo in any way, its more of a grumbling about missed political opportunity and frustation that eulex is helping to avoid a political confrontation more than anything else.

for serbs, this agreement leaves them a bit worse off. they can be ticked off because it's another example of the serb govt. itself killing the delusional hope nationalists have regarding kosovo by being complicit and coopertative with an organization that clearly defines kosovos borders as seperate from serbia. makes it harder and harder for ethnic serb nationalists within kosovo to not cooperate with eulex. Most serbs understand that Kosovo is long gone... the hardliners are slowly being led along.
