Ethnic Albanians from south in Priština

I'd recommend the vizitors to tell their brothers and sisters how good it feels to live in a country which can supply its people with energy, water, infrastructure, health care, safety and good governance. Freedom of travelling all around Europe. Indeed Serbia is not the promissed land but there is no such one.
PS: I'm neither Serb nor Albanian but I admire the progress made in Serbia and wish Albanians could learn a lesson from it.

What is obvious is that ethnic Albanians have been eradicating Serbians from the province for many decades. They have been intimidating Serbians to leave their houses and to cleans it bit by bit. Thanks to the US and EU these ethnic Albanians have made significant gains.

I was speaking to a director of a Serbian business that was recently taken over by an EU corporation. They have property and titles belonging to them in Kosovo and when they went searching they found that the temporary institutions have set up departments in these buildings belonging to Serbian companies and have renamed streets. Apartments are occupied by ethnic Albanians so essentially they are now attempting to steal properties. Also EULEX is a Trojan horse and I doubt very much it will benefit Serbians.

First of all my comment was in respons to the ethnic clensing of people in Kosovo and not about migration in the 6th century. Albanians claim to be desendents of some ancient people of Kosovo but there is no proof what so ever. You use that claim to justify stealing Serbian territory (there is a summary of how Albanians ended up in Kosovo further down). But let's say you were here before the Serbs. Does that mean Serbs should be killed and expelled? Besides, your beloved America live on territory stolen from the native Americans only 500 years ago. I guess you wouldn't mind if they pack up and give back what they once took from the indians?

Caucasian Albania was located in the eastern area of the Caucasus between the Caspian sea and the tips of the mountain ranges. Foreigners called it Albania, when local people called it Shkiperiya.
Nowadays this territory is partially located in Azerbadjan, partially in Russia. In the 8th century Arabs converted that population in Islam and used them as mercenaries in their wars. When arabs defeated Byzantines and invaded southern part of Italy, they brought Albanians there to increase Muslim influence(when Byzantines conquered this territory back, they converted some Albanians back to Christianity). In the 11th century Byzantine attacked Serbia, but was defeated. This defeat was used by Byzantine commander George Manjac and he decided to revolt against Byzantine and took with him Albanians. But he was defeated near Doyransk lake and his army surrendered. Byzantine accepted them, but not the foreigners - Albanians. Those Albanians had nowhere to go, so they asked Serbs to let them stay in the Mountains near Raban and to earn thir living by cattle-breeding for themselves and for Serbs, the latter agreed with that (cattle-breeding was Albanian main occupation during the whole period of the Middle ages). But in significant quantities Albanians came later.

Well you can sit tight and keep your hopes high on this. K-Alb have not seen Serbia as their own contry at any time in the history of the region, so I think your hopes are against all odds, but hope dies last, right?

Serbia on the other hand has done nothing to make them feel at home, do some research on some famous memorandums in Serbia dealing with the Albanian question in the 30s, since B92 does will not post the names if I write them here, to understand why Albanians have always wanted out, as quick as possible.

It's not only Albanians though, other nations in the Balkans have felt the pressure and shovinism of Serbian nationalism, especially Croats, who are culturally even closer to serbs than albanians.

The more time it passes the more Kosovo independence becomes a reality and a normality. Economic situation will only improve, K-Alb new generations will grow up in an "independent state" mentality, and no connection to Serbia whatsoever. In the last poll K-Alb were a pretty happy people, obviously because the serbian repression had ended for them, and they are free at last. Kosovo will most likely focus on cooperation with Tirana, as they have in fact done so, and have no connection to Belgrade.

I have searched many books and sites (even wikipedia does not support your claim) and I haven't seen anything that would connect the two. The two people have nothing in common, culturally or otherwise.
