NATO-led force in Kosovo has new commander

He made himself clear: Serbs are not included, because they don't consider themselves as citizens of Kosovo.

If the Albanians want to get the EU and UN out, why they hail this new commander?

We hail and we will always hail NATO because it was NATO who stopped the Serbian state-run ethnic cleansing, murder, rape, mass killings of Kosovo Albanians.

Anyway, mind that NATO also is training the new KSF (Kosovo Security Force), which in the future will become the Kosovo army. That is not in line with 1244 and Serbia cannot do anything about it because Kosovo is an independent country.
