What? Belgrade is aligned with Moscow and wants to also be aligned with Brussels. What is going on with NAM these days? Ok maybe officially Belgrade is not aligned, but de facto she is!

Ops, they forgat to mention the breakup of the Yugoslavia, which was no difference from USSR.
