You're talking about people who invented gun powder and produce whatever the world wants them to produce.
Perhaps they are there to offer something to Serbia instead of take something from Serbia.
Don't be afraid of China. They are friends of Serbia and since Kosovo is Serbian they will not harm you.

25 years.... it says all, Serbia is definitely back on the political map. While EU is stuck in the kosovo mess, chinese are moving forward and at the end they have very very deep pockets!
