Italian and Serbian FMs Franco Frattini and Vuk Jeremić have announced that the 1st inter-governmental summit between the two countries will be held on Nov. 13.

Not a joke, but in simple terms it spells this:
A strengthening of bilateral relations and the intensification of economic cooperation between the two peoples will be great for the economies of both countries and the region. Would be great if further taxation barriers would be removed also, paving the way for goods and services to be more affordable for the average joe...will see...

Is this one of the summits that Reagan and Gorbachev held at Rekyevik during Cold War.
