Kurds live in Iraq, numbers don't lie.

But hey, why we give a second Albanian state to the Albanians. And why Kurds have no state at all?!

Very strange.

And you can't say that Saddam Hussein is less evil or bad then Milosovic.

Why America doesn't give a state to the Kurds?

They actually live in Kosovo. And numbers don't lie.

Good point Art. Just remember "Kosova" has no future. There will be no investment and no future for all its young and unemployed. DOn't think the grass is going to get greener because its not. Serbia will always be waiting for the right time for what is rightfully hers.

"Correction:

"62 out 192 UN members and Taiwan (UN observer).
(KOSOVARi, 1 September 2009 22:30)"

Sure, and meanwhile Taiwan continues to be shut out of the UN for almost 40 years now. Same fate awaits "Kosova".

The similarity ends here however. Unlike wealthy Taiwan, Pristina is at the mercy of the EU and US for more and more foreign aid. And oh yes, Taiwan has a full military in complete control of the entire country, which is not what I can say for "Kosova".

Everyone is getting used with Serbia's tactic to belittle the Kosova's institutions. The battle for Kosova is over like every battle Serbia has fought. By trying to stop further recognitions Serbia is pushing Kosova further and further away from herself and bringing Kosova closer and closer to Albania. A further loss for Serbia!
(EA, 1 September 2009 21:39)

EA,

(1) Kosovo is a Serbian province. So what do you mean by 'getting closer to Albania'?

(2) Even if Kosovo was a state (which it is not, check 1244 please), then Kosovo constitution says that Kosovo can not join another state.
Do you not even obey your own constitution? Althought it is illegal anyway?

(3) You think the West will ever allow Kosovo to join Albania?

But hey, as Kosovo is simply part of Serbia this is not relevant.

EA, I guess you are a very good and nice person. But on Kosovo: please get a life. There is a Albanian state: Albania. And there is an Albanian minority in Serbia.

Like there is a German minority in Belgium.

And if Kosovo is such a great place, why there is 50 % unemployment? And why there are so many illegal Albanian Kosovars on the Dutch and Belgium streets?

I don't see many Dutch illegal persons on the Kosovo streets, so I must miss something?

Serious answer please!

Kosovo could not be further from Serbia no matter what Serbia does and Kosovo could not be closer to Albanian no matter what Serbia does, so at least be honest here EA.

There is absolutely nothing Serbia could do to please you guys because you never wanted the frienship in the first place. You have been working towards thins goal for nearly a century, (according to your own posters) so what difference Serbia taking this to IC will make? Serbia could not possibly make things worse than they already are. Your minds have been made up for a very long time.

I don't get what is so confusing to Serbs .... First: Kosova was part of Serbia and was the most under-developed region in former Yugo. If it was so important why wasn't it developed. Second: where was international law when Serbis started and lost 4 wars in recenet years? are we forgeting about that - or does law not apply in certain conditions?

Weird - Kosova is lost - let us live is peace and you live in peace - see you in Europe and lets go on. We want nothing to do with Serbia - call us banana state, call us illegal, call us whatever - we are looking internally and not to Serbia for anything (and never will). Serbs will never be able to kill another innocent Albanian for no reason - take that to the court. It is time to apologize for the crimes and start normal relations - for all (Serbs and Albanians) - not stay in this situation for the benefit of some politicians (which are using people again for their benefit).

Our lobbying, due to the size and character of our country can be based only on reference to international law, which prohibits illegal secession,"

Albanians in Kosovo has the American/UK alliance on its side and still no more than 62 countries have recognized this fake banana state. However, when the financial crisis is over we can expect some more cash to countries who are ready to "recognize for money". Serbia cannot compete with America but the Americans are not in it for the long run. Serbs are! Also, judging from the behavior of K-Albanians lately they are getting more and more desperate and unsure of their adventure.
