No ,Milan they just want to be there to remind 2international law" to serbia, and by the way think back to these treaty that stipulated the right for the albanians of Nish toplica and others part of central serbia to come back in their lands!
we do insist to having international laws applied so that we can ensure us the right to have them applied for toplica too!

"Yes Little Russia, that really makes sense- why would any albanian who has never lived in north of Mitrovica spend tens of thousands of euros in rebuilding their house in a hostile territory while getting stoned and shot, when they could build it in south of Kosovo in safety among the albanian community?!!"

@Nikshala, dear, Thaci will spend money on reconstruction for the same reason he spent money on purchasing guns.

Why?? Maybe they believe that North will back to Serbia, and they will take new serbian passport and later - free EU travel ;)

any chance you will allocate funds for those driven out by the KLA in the South?

I am sure they will, as soon as they deal with the 800,000 first ones driven out. First driven out, first served.
Those that sold houses (after having the government rebuild) aren't entitled to more houses. We know did that.

If they haven't returned how come there are more Albanians in Kosovo now than there were before the war?

I'm sure there are many living in other countries now, but I don't they they want to return. Do you expect Serbia to force them to return?

Let's fix the imbalance left after the war first. The percentage of Albanians after the war living in Serbia has gone up while the percentage of Serbs living in Kosovo has gone down. These Serbs aren't located in some western country waiting for their homes to be rebuilt (unlike Albanians), but they are living in very bad conditions in Serbia.
But, let's think of the Albanians firs, by all means.

Yes, indeed...he - Taci is one political clown.

And yes, because of this "gross and deliberate editorial mistake by B92", they all should be what?
Intimidated, expelled, murdered or diminished from their inner bodily organs and parts?

Long live, some Albanians, concept of free media!!! Hehe...

If you go by lists produced by the likes of Ivanovic, you'd be forgiven for thinking that no albanians lived in Kosovo.

To expand is what you can really do very well...and you will always find money for that, correct? Given that "Kosovo Ltd." is sponsored by USA, EU and Saudi Arabia.
Back to reconstruction...
According to the deal concluded in 2000, minorities can be back only with an agreement of the local community. So in the South of Mitrovica Albanians DON'T allow Serbs to come back in their homes.
Whereas Albanians are rebuilding houses in the North, where Serbs have majority, though Serbs are protesting against it. Those who support these rebuildings, violate the mentioned above agreement IN FAVOUR OF Albanians! Moreover, several months ago The head of the National Council of Northern Kosovo Milan Ivanovic provided a list of the Albanians who were going to move into new houses - many of them had never lived in Mitrovica before, some of them served in KLA.

“all the relevant factors“ north of the Ibar?

Um, that would be Belgrade and EULEX (in no particular order). Thaci building houses there is about as effective as him building houses in Paraguay.

Since "Kosovo is Serbia" Serbia can feel free to help, not that they burned any houses or anything, but still.
