I see some good answers here to solving the displaced persons problems in Serbia. Especially the one "what about the Albanians in Southern Serbia"? Glad to see that everyone in the Balkans is working together to resolve the hardships for these poor people that were driven from their homes.

By saying what about Albanians, will not solve any problem. Is it possible for Albanians to ever consider someone else's plight but their own? Working for "justice for all", not just your own ethnicity, is the answer to improve the lives of all - unless you only care about your own kind.

The same should be done in Croatia- legitimizing their claims to the land and hundreds of years of ownership and development of the region.

Has Serbia done such thing for Albanians living in South Serbia?

Guterres said that it is unacceptable that there are so many refugees still living in collective centers so many years after the war has ended.

And I wonder why these Serbians have not had an opportunity to return home? The West was involved in the ethnic cleansing and crimes against these Serbians and also involved in keeping them cleansed for such a long period. This is another crime that we will never forget.

Croatia should build a 'distincto society' clause into their constitution recognizing the history and culture of Serbs in that region- to protect their rights and identity. It was done in many places around the world, including Canada with it's French Canadian heritage in Quebec. The same should be done in Croatia- legitimizing their claims to the land and hundreds of years of ownership and development of the region.
