UNHCR chief in Belgrade

UN High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres will meet with Serbian senior officials to discuss the refugee problem in Serbia and the region.

The UNHCR chief should go to Berlin & Vienna if he wants results. They are the only people that the croatian government will listen to (like brothers).

As per usual, Serbs fall in to the second class of refugees, i.e. acceptable by the 'international community' (western european and north american states).

Preferred refugees, i.e. those of official 'victim' status come first. So much for treating all refugees from war equally. Some deserve it apparently, though this will never be uttered in public, but rather around the dinner table.

'Unofficial' racism is tolerated at the highest levels.
