I am glad that some movement are being done towards finding out the role of KLA "heroes" during the war, hopefully the witnesses that couldn't appear are still alive!

This is a case of the West throwing Serbia a bone for being a cooperative player with the US/EU. I expect more Albanians to be brought to trial in coming months for war crimes. If you play nice with DC, you get rewards.

Witnesses were threatened and worse in this trial, even the hague said so. With a re-trial, hopefully more true evidence will be brought forward, and proper punishment will be given to any war criminal.
The third defendant, Brahimaj, was sentenced to six years in prison for cruel treatment and torture of prisoners in the KLA compound in the village of Jablanica.
