Correction: EULEX have told Pristina to approve (or no candy) talks between Eulex and Serbia.
Now do as your daddy tells you!

Bang on MikeC. Pristina will be 'asked' for their 'opinion' and will be told to follow ze orders. No doubt the Snake, Sedjiu and the yellow press down Prsitina way will put a spin on it, declare a victory and keep the masses distracted with more false promises, coupled with the usual guff regarding the effectivness of the 'Kosova' government and its sovereignty.

Remember, there is only so much bread and circuses that you can give to the Proles. Like it or lump it, the coolies have simply exchanged one set of imperial masters for another (UN - EULEX)

EU desn't even recognize Kosova so they have very little screws to tighten. What candy? Serbia gets 500 million EUR a year, Shengen etc. Kosova has nothing to lose, the budget is 100% via taxes and tariffs. Tadic wants those visas, badly

"EULEX has asked the Kosovo government to “approve” talks with Serbia regarding customs, according to an Albanian language daily."

" Huruglica said that EULEX will be allowed access the database, but not to have this information "exchanged with Serbia"."

The only thing that will exchanged with Serbia: Don't waste gas by sending trucks with Serbian products because they are banned, or slapped with a 100% tariff. Go complain to "UNMIK"
