Try to recall when Tadic visited Moscow last time. There are states like Serbia , Ukraine and Belorussia where we have friendly peoples and much less friendly governments. Should Tadic or Cvetkovic ask for such a loan or investments they would definitely have it.

So instead of "our money" try to convince president to send some Rubles to your poor "brothers"...
We will be glad to Russia if decide to help Serbia...

“ increasing VAT by one percent is the only fast and adequate measure for filling the hole in the state budget.”

This 1% won’t close the hole of USD 3 Blb ( 40% of the Budget ) opened last year by paying the current payments for the national debt estimated as USD 30 Bln. While USD 11 Bln of the Serbian actives deposited abroad brought only USD 300 Mln ! Something is happening to the finance system of Serbia where 75% of the banks belong to the Golden Billion.
I am really afraid that the finance is the main threat to the independence of Serbia. Here’s the place they will deliver the main strike and Serbia will have to yield to the pressure on other fronts. It is well known that IMF is rather a political instrument of Bretton Wood System than an economical organization. None of the states ( but Chile ) which followed their recommendations escaped default.
