It is a slow process and no one step forces Serbia to recognize Kosovo Independence, but with enough steps one can reach another level.

Also thanks to the help of their friends the people of Kosovo now have the chance to "Get a Life"!

Whether it's a recognition or not sir that's YOUR PERSONAL OPINION --- reality is that all persons will obliged with Kosovar Custom Laws when entering and leaving those borders or if you'd like to call them "administrative line(s)".

Really...what if I cross at Jarinje or Zubin Potok? Thats a different ball park and story again my son...

Let the EU keep their "white list". Oh my, what a benefit, to travel to the EU to buy NIKE running shoes that are the most up to date!
I say, get all the Albo's into the EU. Let them prosper, after all, they just want a chance at life. Let them have it in the EU.

EULEX is testing the waters. If Serbia agrees to accept this division in exchange for visa liberalisation, what else would they accept in exchange for EU entry? Either way, this is one step closer into admitting defeat.

This is the very very slow process of Serbia eventually recognizing Kosovo. If not publically, they will politically under the covers.

Serbia has not recognised Kosovo but is one step closer to that with every new agreement with EULEX.

How long is Serbia not going to have access to Kosovo?

No deals with EULEX. Serbia has every right to restore order throughout all her territory. Anything less is an indirect recognition of Kosovo.

EULEX is handling this. If Kosovo was a state, Kosovo itself would handle this. This proves that Kosovo is a UN governed Serbian province!

And hey, we all know that for years!

To all: get a life please!

"He added that the agreement calls for control to be implemented over the administrative crossings".

Hmm... Does it not sound like the West wishes to box in Kosovo and make it the biggest prison on the planet?
Return immigrants to Kosovo but don't let anyone slip out!
Either that or the West is desperately trying to make Serbia inofficially recognize that Kosovo is another state. However, since the visa liberalization applies to Montenegro and Macedonia as well I would say it would be the first argument. International politics work in mysterious ways.
