The school year might not begin on September 1 in Montenegro, after announcements of a possible strike by the Teachers’ Union.

How utterly illojal of the citizens of the empire of Tzar Milo "get rich" DJukanovic to demand decent salaries in time!!!

Don't they understand that state funds are primarily for IMPORTANT people like politicians and police???

Tzar Milo, like his role model president in Georgia understands this, and that NATO membership is more important than some teachers getting paid. The leading politicians childrens are not attending schools in Montenegro anyway, they are in Britain, FRance or the US
