The delays in the Milosevic trial weren't caused by the defendant but by the prosecution calling an large number of mainly irrelevent witnesses, a judge dying and the prosecution & judges ensuring that Milosevic only received enough medical treatment to allow him to attend the trial, but never enough for him to regain full health.

Even the Hague says it doesn't have any official autopsy reports from Srebrenica, much less Muslim military records of the 28th Brigade there.

If people wanted the truth they'd have to get the Srebrenica Muslim military records - these would give the strongest clues and evidence of who exactly was military and who was not - of those who fell in battle - and of those who fell in battles BEFORE the fall - or even after the fall.

The news at the time did report a large group of thousands of army men making it to Bosnian Muslim government controlled territory - as well other men kept coming in to Tuzla for several weeks after the fall.

Some of the army was sent to other battle fronts which were raging during the last few months of the war.

Did Naser Oric fight on other Bosnian war fronts after the fall?

Of course he is going to get a guilty verdict. But that is irrelevant. It is what he will expose about illegal arms deliveries from NATO to Bosnia that is important. It is what he will expose about Srebrenica. And about NATO-aircrafts shipping Al-Qaida Mujahedeens from Pakistan into the Tuzla no-fly zone and many other irregularities. Some of them will even have a great impact on todays "war on terror". The verdict is irrelevant. Now is the time to bring out the truth.

Karadzic's Serb and non-Serb supporters alike should be prepared that Karadzic might receive a guilty verdict.

I am supporter myself, it's very unfortunate that he got arrested in first place, all these years I would swear that he was in a safe place in Russia, it's pretty sad that Hague will probably find him guilty and the real guilty ones are in Bosnia right now walking freely and doing whatever they want.

Radovan always sought the peaceful option in bosnia and warned that war would result from separatists getting their way. Serbs can never be minorities in an islamic state again.

Without Radovan, there would be no Republica Srpska today. If only Milosevic was as faithful and uncompromising until the end!

Please free this intellectual man of peace.

But if there is hard evidence that Karadzic engaged in war criminal acts then it's natural that Hague judges or prosecutors should favor the rights of Karadzic's victims instead of his supporters.

Please Hague judges or prosecutors, proceed with the trial against Radovan Karadzic as very soon as possible, please don't permit him to cause delays of his trial like the late Slobodan Milosevic did and finally I respectfully urge you people to not succumb to those who may organize a "Free Karadzic" campaign. But on a personal note I consider it fair to state that Karadzic's Serb and non-Serb supporters alike should be prepared that Karadzic might receive a guilty verdict.
