Serbs must be present in Montenegro as much as it will be possible ! They must always have the list of their opponents in their mind. They must always ask themselves if the US , Croats , Albaneese , Jukanovic ,Talibans and the kind would like them to do something or not. Then the Consulates or any other choice will become so easy. Your enemies always take everything you leave. So you have to be patient eneough untill our Montenegrin brothers change their minds and vote the way we would like them to.
The opposition party certainly has it correct. 3 more consulates in a tiny country like Montenegro -- what a waste of money. You would think that Serbia was rolling in cash, which it is not. If this is indicative of Serbian government spending, no wonder there is a budget shortage in the country. Pehaps the better question would be, who in Serbia stands to gain money for opening these consultates -- someone will be lining their pockets from it.
