"Abolishment of Latin script verdict legal"

The Novi Sad court that abolished the verdict of neo-Nazi group Nacionalni Stroj leader Goran Davidović said that the decision was legally sound.

I don't see why it's supposed to make a difference whether it's written in Cyrillic or Latin script, seeing as Goran Davidovic "the Führer" is barely literate either way...

But they DO read Serbian when it's written in the Latin script? I'm baffled.

As for addressing the Italian courts, it is not true that Serbian courts must use Serbian (in either of the scripts). English is perfectly fine.
