MikeC, you shouldn't really be making assumptions when you don't know the tally. I can tell you right now that your statements are flat out wrong and only intended for the easily manipulated.

Fine, then produce some evidence to back up your claim.

If you want tit-for-tat what about those that are RECORDED for bombing Kosova border and the US / SLOVENIAN / UK / ALBANIAN EMBASSY in BEOGRAD?

What about those who killed a Ukranian KFOR soldier?

Well since the albanians won't arrest alb terrorists and warcriminals someone has to. Serbs are arresting both albanians and serbs. Albanians are only arresting serbs. So much for a democratic and fair Kosovo.

Why is EULEX silent on this, and if the ‘war crime’ is demolition of the building, why aren’t people, filmed demolishing centuries old Serbian churches, not arrested still? You don’t even need ‘protected witnesses’ for that ‘war crime’ as their faces are quite recognizable. Second, you either have proof of someone’s guilt, or you don’t. You can’t hold people in jail based on ‘suspicion’. Shame on EULEX for allowing this kind of 'rule of law'.

This is laughable. Check this link out where hundreds of albanians are burning down a Serbian church. Evidence out of the ordinary of the responsible and still NO ARRESTS! That's how democratic and fair the Albanians in Kosovo are.

Škoro said that this organization was called "the Black Hand" and that it acted in Prizren "and perhaps elsewhere in Kosovo".

Very funny. The minute he was arrested I wrotte a coment about his membership in paramilitary organization called "Crna ruka", but my coment never made it.

This guy with his ‘black-hand’ friends have bulldozed the palace of the Prizren League which for Albanians would be what for the Serbs is the Monastery of Pec.

I can imagine what Serbs would have done to an Albanian that bulldozes the Pec Monastery.

If proven guilty, he should be jailed and the key thrown away.

Another month! I guess that's the time Albanians need to fabricate "evidence" and find people who will lie against this man.
Kosovo courts have no credibility what so ever since they have not even apprehended one single Albanian for crimes against Serbs. No wonder EULEX want's to by pass the Albanian, so called, leadership in Pristina. They are corrupt.

So they accuse him of wrecking a building. Fine, then how about we pull out all the footage of Albanians destroying Serbian churches and monasteries.

I have seen footage. You can see the faces of those very well. How come nobody has been able to point a finger and identify them?

One law for Albanians and another for the Serbs.

If he did in fact bulldoze a historic building and intimidate Albanians, he should see some jail time.

However, I do hope that the Albanian court system treats every Albanian that participated in destroying historic Serbian buildings in the same manner.

That’s all I’m asking.

It also might help to have some sort of Amnesty program for both sides for the low level guys so we can figure out what really happened there.

War criminals no matter nationality should face justice. I know Serbs will comment and say why have no Albanians been jailed for war crimes against Serbs and even Albanians who cooperated with Serbs, my answer is that this is not true. Ramush Haradinaj's brother, Daut Haradinaj, has been in jail for many years after been found guilty for war crimes.

Now it is about time to start to find those who killed at least 13 000 (incl those missing)Albanians during the Kosovo war.
