I would suggest at least he hire guards that are licensed to carry firearms, kind of useless to hire guards that can not. I do agree in his situation (and for many public figures in the Balkans) merits it and he should be able to get his own license as well.

I’m not sure the Serbian government should be responsible for hiring his security since he’s not an elected official. However, if he can not afford one, I do think one should be provided for him.

I’d give him a fine, then approve a license for him, and let him be on his way.

It’s still kind of weird his guards aren’t licensed though, maybe he ought to call Black Water?

Maybe a considered precaution considering the moslem-on-moslem violence in the Sandzak recently - even happening in Mostar too...

Saudi penetration of the Balkans with western gas dollars continues...

Fine with me, I am bi-partisan or multi-partisan by default. Nothing wrong per se with either Republican or Dem - but in this case Dubyah clearly is not "conservative" but "neo-conservative". Nothing wrong per se to be Christian, Muslim, Jew, Buddhist (I am neither) - but "neo-Christian", "neo-Muslim", etc. is an other case. The problem with Republicans: they tend to attract some quasi-religious nuts who have not much common with the classic conservative agenda. Would be good if they clear their ranks. Besides I suspect, some neo-religious bigots are bigots-for-business, i.e. to achieve certain personal goals and for political carrier.

So is he preaching the good word with a 9mm?
(ace, 18 August 2009 10:22)

Not unknown from other communities. A certain "Texan" was preaching the bad word with a fake Bible in one hand and nukes in the other. And he was doing it for eight years in the row.

Can you guess the name?

Da, but he was not a cleric, mufti, or priest. That makes a big difference. Besides, he was known to be Godless by default since he is a politician!

Maybe we should leave appart religion and the people that represent it.

Maybe this god serving gentelman knows srbia much more than we do. After pm die, current politicians threaten others with "liquidation" it us fair to say that he is scared from someone or something.
