The Serbian Committee for Traffic Safety warned that the number of accidents has been on the increase and called on drivers to drive more responsibly.

Frankly I believe more people should spend their energy on issues such as traffic deaths, reducing / eliminating women traffiking / preventing the spread of AIDS and what to do to improve Serbian society and make things better.
Instead some are less interested in the issues and more interested in pointing fingers.
Maybe I don't think much of National Endowment for Democracy but my love for Serbia far exceeds my hatred for US institutions or individuals.

We eastern europeans do have bad experiances with those infamous "NGO´s", especially those funded by american government institutions like "National endowment for democracy" "Freedom house" and philantropic oligarchs like Soros. This one however, seems pretty harmless unless their solutions turns up to be "privatizations". I must check up their donors...
