Preparations for swine flu season

It is difficult to predict the extension of this coming pandemic, but for the illustration and in the contrary with Tiodorovic claim, here in The Netherlands Health Ministry is preparing the country for the worst case scenario which expects that in the pick of pandemic up to 30% of working population will be infected. They are developing the plans how to keep essential services like Hospitals, Transport and Essential Food Suppliers running under this conditions.

As well they have ordered 34 million vaccines for the population of 16 million people, following the fact that one vaccine will not provide enough immunity and that every person will be then immunized twice for the sufficient protection. In the matter of following weeks every Dutch household will be posted with the detailed leaflet about “what and how” concerning swine flu.

Number of 3 million vaccines for the population of 7.2 millions in Serbia does not look sufficient to me and Tiodorovic idea of "it's going to be easy, don't panic and so" may not be the way for dealing with this pandemic from the side of the relevant Government Officials.
