Top, Venezuela is doing fine. Now that oil prices are high, they will continue economic growth that is insanely high. Along with that they are about to finish the final ratifications to join the trade bloc Mercosur, and they already formed an alternative to the IMF/World Bank, called The Bank of the South. Now look, some things over there are not ideal, but they sure are developing far better than Kosovo or some other countries. Second, I would not develop exactly like Venezuela is developing. Your comment is trying to paint my views as being identical to those of Venezuela's. Why do you do that? You're trying to demonise me, and at the same time you are very sympathetic to the bombing of 1999, which put us behind by 20 years at least.

Russia refused to allow these cars into their free trade deal because they aren't being manufactured - only merely assembled - in Serbia. Perhaps this is being done to get enough manufacturing in Serbia to enable it to qualify for the free trade agreement.

"Maybe when everything is up and finished, and running well... maybe then we can nationalize it at NO COST"

Yes, surely. Like in Venezuela. And after that, nothing is running well any more..

What a nonsense

In my opinion best investment in Serbia yet and Government should help out Italian Fiat as to the maximum in smooth, easy and profit-full developing of its Serbia’s branch.

I support this because it is actually involving some production in Serbia. At least we will not be solely used for assembly purposes. Maybe when everything is up and finished, and running well... maybe then we can nationalize it at NO COST. The reason that we won't pay anything is to say that they owe us money from bombing that they did in 1999, on Zastava's factory. I mean heck, they hit just about every civilian infrastructure target that they can get.
