The facts are a matter for the tribunal. What this demonstrates is that Serbia has introduced laws that provide protection in allow someone to take this action.
A positive step in a problem that most countries suffer from.

what they should do, in fact... is to come to terms with reality.
Kosovo is serbian territory, and you should come to reason finally, and live peacefully together with all other ethnicities instead of endangering them and forcing them to live in ethnic ghetto´s. ( what makes a disastrous image of the Albanians when being presented in the media 10 years after the naked aggression against a sovereign european state )
there are no angels in armed conflicts, but now the K-albanians are really overestimating their own situation.
the sooner you Albanians understand that ( what is of course difficult for you if the US are torpedoing it with lawless "recognition" and other counterproductive moves ) the better it will be for all of us, Serbs and Albanians.
...because one thing is for sure - nobody will get away with "stealing" our land.

It's great to read that Serbia has adopted such an anti-discrimination law, like it is used in other modern european countries.
May the judges decide if the allegations are true or not...

While the Albanian, Muslim, Croat Nazis were killing Serbs, Jews etc the Serbs were saving Jews, saving US airmen and fighting the Nazis.
Today Serbia is the most diverse nation and an example - even though it has to fight terrorists in Kosovo and even though it suffered a genocide in World War II.
Did the German, Croatian, Bosniak, Albanian governments ever apologies for their genocide of the Serbs and Jews in Jasenovac??

We in Serbia must do what the Hague, and the Kosovo courts refuse to do with Serbs. We must be objective and analyze the facts-and keep our prejiduces aside. If this German man was discriminated against he has a right to legal action. If, while performing his duties as a compotent pilot people discriminated against him just because he was german he is correct to complain.

yes Serbia should do more to better their western standards to be more like Germany. To Germany its ok if Nazi's use nazi slogans as long as it is not in the german language. brilliant. i can hardly wait

If his name was Dardan and he was Albanian, this story would have a different ending. Some here would even disclaim his issues. Anyways, Serbia has a lot to learn especially when it regards ethnic and national differences. This world is a big place, there are 6 billon of people and only 10 million Serbs, you do the math!!!

I´d say that is a case for a labor court instead of B92...
things shouldn´t be presented in that way - sensational - at any cost.
who knows what really happened and whether Mr.Pfajfer is right or not.
the judges shall decide, but presenting this here and at the same time giving our dear albanian friends the opportunity to throw up their anti-serbian prejudices is rather cheesy journalism.

So, not only that Jat wants to discriminate him, but they want to kill him altogether with all the passengers onboard?
Please release us from this kind of brain-insults, Mr Pfajfer's "legal team"!
For this kind of "working position" abuse Mr Pfajfer deserves very short notice dismissal by Jat followed by the legal steps.

We heave seen so many comments here from Serb idealists for the tolerance and multiethnic Serbia (including copy paste pieces from Julia Gorin articles) and yet except Croats, Bosnian, Albanians and Hungarians we have another case strangely with German ethnics. This is Serbia and what she offers to all non- Serbs even 64 years after WWII. They expect from the Albanians to offer to the Serbs heaven only 10 Years after the war!!!!!
