"As all you know the Hague Tribunal led an investigation and didn’t find anything in 2002 and 2003, so what do you mean my dear “lowe” with those words. If they have what to get rid of, they have had more than 5 years to do that. Moreover, if Hague Tribunal was not able to find evidences 5 years ago, I do not know how chances are to find them now. Do the tracks of evidences get old? Are those evidences some tools “the organ harvesters” used to cut organs, or some human organs that they could not sell, and which stuff previous investigators could not find? Are those investigators of the Council of Europe much more professional than the Hague Tribunal’s one??? Is Dick Marty much eager and professionally prepared than Carla Del Ponte to find these evidences??? I am not surprised if later Dick Marty will write the second “improved” edition of Del Pontes fiction book.
Every one have right to get pissed off if some investigation leads every couple of years for the same case going through the same evidences. I believe the same thing will do a Serbian family if some foreign investigation, let say some Albanians, will go there to investigate without a warranty form the stat of Serbia.
(Luan, 11 August 2009 18:23)"

elementary my dear Luan, maybe the Albanians never expected investigators to search that particular area, and hence their panic and blockade.

The government says it LEGAL, so there you have it.

--" And these villagers are able to get away with forbidding the investigation on the case comparable with most atrocious crimes ever."

There is NO basis to enter their house under Albanian law, Dick Marty is a nobody. Albania is a sovereign country, let COE occupy them, for these lies. I repeat: you have to have a reason to enter a house and search: probable cause, and the Albanian prosecution has nothing. The house was already search twice.

B92 didn't post it but Albanians weren't the first ones to be accused of "organ harvesting" by Serbs.

I think this investigation should go on with a full steam. If you have nothing to hide, why would you worry? In fact, this investigation would help Albanians a lot more, if there is nothing to find in the way of evidence.

Even if there was some compelling evidence that these heinous acts really occurred, the decent people of Albania and Kosovo will have nothing to fear.

Who should fear are those who may have involved themselves in this sick business and might still be holding public positions.

Sorry but I will almost have to puke: HOW DISGUSTING!
Under such heavy accusations, how can anybody stop an investigation taking place? Or is something like carte blanche given to them to commit every crime (un)known to humanity without consequences?

Do you seriously believe that MR Dick Marty is just popping up without any back up, without any mandate, come on you are smarter than that!
Just remember, US and UK denied for more than 2 years that CIA secret prisons did exist and finally "with their tails between the legs" as Nelli would say, they had to acknowledge it further to an investigation leaded by.... Mr Dick Marty!! Thanks to him an investigation is now going on in the UK.

One more time, if you are so convinced that nothing happend, then why trying to obstruct any investigation, and pls spare me with "it was already done", nothing was done in a proper way, because "they were told to wipe it away" and Mrs Carla Del Ponte complained many times about it.

Nex time he and his team have to do a better job when they try to bribe people for false acusations.
Good for them that these people were gentle to just stop them knowing the results of the previus investication,if I can recall to Serb camp that about a year ago they did not permit a picture galery expo in belgrade from Albanian artists let alone having a team from Albania with no necessary permits knocking on peoples houses asking them to leave the house because they think that maybe there is evidence of missing Albanians, think about it.

"Johnny" (#16),

You have OK points, but there are also big holes in your argument. So it is OK for the US and it "allies" to invade all kinds of countries, killing 100,000's of people in the process because they fabricated all kinds of lies about terrorists, WMD, and so on? It is OK to bypass the UN and other recognized institutions every time you are not getting your way? It is OK to fabricate massacres by sacrificing your own people to gain international support and to start an unnecessary war? It is OK to exaggerate victim numbers to hide that your illegal war is not going well? It is OK to threat an allied country (The Netherlands) with an invasion to liberate US citizens that might by put before the ICJ because you do not recognize it? It is OK to have a terrorist group run a legal part of an UN member state? By the way Tony Blair is probably too busy wasting other people's time and money by giving all kind of useless speeches. The Serbian government made a big mistake keeping this quiet for too long. The should have sent special forces to collect evidence and to track down the people responsible and deal with things themselves. Being so naive to believe that the (western) international community would take care of things was a big mistake.

johny

pre 14 godina

To the Swiss guy. Dick Marty can come and do his investigation once he has a warrant until then anybody with a warrant will be thrown out. I think that's only fair.

There are rules and institutional ways which allow for investigations of an international scale such as this one. Just because someone holds a position somewhere in the EU doesn't mean he can decide one beautiful day to come and make an investigation anywhere in Europe. It doesn't work that way. If it did we'd have Tony Blair, and Lord Robertson going into the average Serb citizen's houses looking for Mladic and Karadjic and turning their homes into crime scenes. You know why. Because they were somebody so they could do whatever they wanted. Fortunately it doesn't work that way. Same with this Marty dude. If he wants to launch something serious, there are international institutions that deal with this thing. Calling your friends and going some-place on your mind will not work. Follow the rules.

We have one international investigation that already states that rumours coming from Serbia are lies. Yet the armchair investigators in the Serbian camp, have already found the guilty people. Then what the hell why are you even bothering with a second investigation since you know so good how things went.

PSS,

So if you do not believe to find a culture and people who are hiding killed enemies in their own graves to prevent finding them then why are you asking me to search in Serbian grave yards? Go ahead and ask EULEX and NATO to help you if that makes you happy. If you had read my comment carefully I did not mention anything about digging up graves. I meant trashing graves, which is something completely different and which is also something very bad to do with a sacred place. Suppose that there are Albanians burried at Serbian grave yards in Kosovo. It may have been done by ordinary Serbs who had nothing to do with the war and who wanted to give your unknown deaths a place to rest in peace. Once all the Serbs have been driven from Kosovo, may God forbid that that will ever happen, it is very likely that everything that is Serb (churches, grave yards, and so on) will be removed in no time.

Please feel free to come over. I have nothing to hide from you or anybody else. Make sure that you and your 20 friends can get proper and valid visas plus you will have to buy your own tickets and I will provide hospitality, food, drink (but no accomodation, the place is too small). I am curious what you are going to investigate. The family on the picture you provided looks quite innocent. Maybe they were chosen to divert attention and because of their low profile. In addition, they may not have known what was going on and why would you offer people money when you put a gun on their head and threaten to kill them if the ever open their mouths. In addition, it may not be this particular family who is trying to hide anything, but maybe some other people in the village were invloved in some cruelsome activities and they are desperately fearing that they will get caught and brought to justice. Eventually somebody will crack and once that happens things will lead to the top who bears most of the responsibility.

Duh, unless there is a criminal investigation open with a judge's order no one dares to open graves. The graves are local so if anyone thinks that they buried 300 people there in a month, they're insane. Especially in public graves.

Last time these UN guys came the entire family was thrown out and made to stay out day and night (baby included.) They had no clue what it was about (some thought that they found minerals in the area!!!) and UN even wanted to destroy the floor without paying to fix it. They were told, idfyou pay to fix it, go ahead and dig it, UN said no.

Dick Marty has no authorization to go to their house, there is no guarantee he will do a fair job, and there is no guarantee this will be the last investigation so good for the smeared family. Enough already. Next EU, UN, AI and even IMF might decide to "investigate."

So just relax, let people do their job and when all turns out a hoax you can come to B92 for the next 50 years and rub it in our faces.

Arta was it you that said yesterday albanians have blood feud against serbs, all serbs? i thanked you for that and i thank you for this video too. you speak the truth and that's admirable even if the truth is very, very ugly. pls serbs repost this video on all forums so that the world can see latest eu candidates in action.
from the serb point of view this is going very well indeed. keep refusing investigations and rioting against european investigators. Perfectly natural reaction of someone who has nothing to hide and understands how things work in civilised world?
As for the family. telling little note you wrote there arta? Why are they alive? I understand it but i'm afraid a lot of people who never met albanians wont. You mean, how come they havent been murdered as witnesses by other albanians? Well they dont want their entire extended family to become targets of blood feud, do they? So they keep silent no matter what, even organize road blocks. This is how it works chez albanaise. This is why haradinaj is free even though albanian rape victims jeopardised their lives testifying that he gorged eyes of our policemen other than raping and murdering. Other witnesses were killed or intimidated and it all just went away as far as hague cared.
Well. this may go away for dick marty too. and for those who threw this case to tadic's regime like a bone in exchage for god knows what. but it wont go away for the rest us serbs. every one of us whose eyes were gorged and every civilian whose hearts and lungs were cut out will have justice. And i dont mean lynch mobs or blood feuds. i mean comfy cells in our prison that will hold the criminals for the rest of their sorry lives. there's no limitaton for war crimes we will get them sooner or later. I have absolute faith.

Even if there was some compelling evidence that these heinous acts really occurred, the decent people of Albania and Kosovo will have nothing to fear.

Who should fear are those who may have involved themselves in this sick business and might still be holding public positions.
