Health Minister Tomica Milosavljević met in Belgrade on Monday with Eurotransplant International Foundation President Bruno Meiser.

Serbs will be cheated and taken advantage of. These countries were likely recipients of Serb organs during the war. Also, during the Croatian war, there were reports of captured Serb soldiers being used by Croats for forced blood donation (nurse in Vukovar hospital, was called the "vampire nurse" by Serbs), and of Serbs (mostly captured soldiers) having their organs taken out for Austria.

Organ sales is lucrative. We've learned in the recent Israel-U.S. kidney scandal (with rabbis involved) that they'd pay $10,000 for a kidney but sell it for $100,000-$160,000. So the Serb soldiers (and civilians) would have been a "free" source (no payment to them - they were killed).
