Anyone who thinks that any other part of the former Yugoslavia is living better than people in Serbia better have a reality check. Croatia is in such a hole that they are ready to sell one of the jewels of the former Yugoslavia, Brioni. The prospective buyer won't even know it's real name because it is being called Briuni by the BBC and other sources.

As for Kosovo. They are ready to allow anyone to build their new airport and then run it. Of course there is the possibility that the Albanians expect to be paid for this service. Foreigners are not so stupid. They will not do anything unless they get the lions share of the profits.

As for Ceda. All wind and no substance. He is a patsy for some foreign power or other. Is the privatisation going too slowly? How many more companies before the end...........?

"Interesting to see you think that, since you come here every day spreading you albanian propaganda at a Serbian forum approved by the Serbian gov. Wonder how many forums in albanian news media are open to non albanians or albanians who don't agree with their leaders? ZERO!"

- Bravo! I think that quite often, considering the trolls from Team Albania are always on a Serbian site. If they are so proud of "Kosova" they should find a popular "Kosovar" site to participate in. Oh wait, there aren't any. Well, unemployment is quite high so give them a break, they need something to do.

Atamen,
thank you for your pointless post. Please re-read what Berkley said, you completely miss-read or just did not read it at all.

And you wonder why you don't get a step forward or remain far behind Croatia, Bulgaria, etc.?
(Berkeley, 10 August 2009 18:42)

Nothing new. In last few centuries Croatia was somewhat better of economically than Serbia. At the same time Serbia was better of economically than Bulgaria and still is. Bulgaria merely closed the gap a bit.

As a tourist I kind of OK in all three, arguably Serbia/CG is #1 for me, Croatia is #2, maybe FYROM is #3. To bad, don't have the best memories about Bulgaria. From plain tourist point of view it is more corrupt than Kosovo.

Just look over the news of this day in B92. 4 out of 8 circles around Kosovo's UDI, as if Serbia has nothing else to tackle. And you wonder why you don't get a step forward or remain far behind Croatia, Bulgaria, etc.?

Who cares what Jovanovic says or thinks? He and his party are completely irrelevant and he knows it . That is why he keeps making silly, sensational, and completely illogical statements so he can manufacture publicity. His comments are like watching a car accident.

Besides, EU critisized the albanian elections resently.

"However, a preliminary assessment by a large observer mission criticised the vote, underlining widespread irregularities."

At least Serbia has a government, your neighbour to the East doesn't even have a government as such any more: these clowns must be really happy now that they leased the administration of the country to the IMF. Which no longer requires any responsibility from them anymore (not that there has been any responsibility at any previous point in time).

Oh please, Ceda how exactly would this change if you were in power. If anything it would get worst if you were part of the government.

Afterall you seem to have the inability to have non-confrontational relationships with anyone on the poilitical scene. You and your party are respectively are the Seselj and Radicals of the left.

Now Ceda. Given some of the ridiculous things you've stated before it would make things worst.

The country needs leaders who see a crisis as a challenge, and not as an alibi, he said.

"Since there are few such persons in the government, and many more of those who only wish to play it safe, our public life is consequently this sterile," the LDP president said.

Absolutely right, but at same time Serbian govermant will get the grand prize for being the fastes to spread propaganda and deceite its own people for personal interests of individuals.

Čedo is clearly wrong. There is a much worse "canditate" in the north.

Can't blame him because he does not speak Hungarian.

Hungarian government is in world wide unique position where the only thing worse than the government is the opposition. You can't beat that.
