Peter is referring to the translation from French to English, not Serbian to English. He is right.
From your own comment, it looks as if there might have been an error in translation of the title from the French into Serbian.

Dear Peter,
Thank you for your remark.
However, the title's translation into Serbian reads, "Čujte Srbi", rather than, "Čujte Srbe", as you suggest.
We are unaware of anyone protesting this interpretation thus far, and we hope you are proficient enough in Serbian to understand the difference.
Our translation was from the accepted Serbian version, into English.
At the same time, we hope that you and our other visitors will find the time to read the manuscript in question in order to understand its tone and nature.

Your translation of "Ecoutez le Serbs" into "Listen,Serbs" is preposteros, as this sounds like a menace to the Serbs. The correct version is "Listen to the Serbs" which means quite a different thing.
Either your French is defficient, or you aren't very much pro-Serb.
