Arta's response to this murder is precisely why Serbs should never give in to the fake state of Kosovo and should resist. Here are two murdered Serbs and all she can do is whine about the past. Try living in the present, Arta. No Serbs should trust the institutions of "Kosova" with this attitude - and this is why they will never give in north of the Ibar.

Oh, and Bogdanovic is here every week. Try and stop him.

Every crime committed against Serbs for the past few centuries has been ethnically motivated. This crime of killing innocents is the hallmark of UCK's campaign of terror. Why over a period of the last 100 years has the Serbian population in Kosovo almost disappeared and the Albanian population has increased tenfold. Of course this time they have been ably assisted by their well remunerated, mentor Uncle Sam.

"Reading the above comments leave no question to the fact that Kosovo could never be returned to Serbia.
One criminal act on a Serbian whether committed by an Albanian or not and suddenly Milosevic would look like Mother Teresa.
Thank goodness the west stepped in when it did.

In the first place, vide 1244 Kosovo was never taken away from Serbia.

By the same analogy, reading comments such as yours would mean the K-Serbs north of the Ibar should never be made to live under Pristina unless they want to (don't hold your breath for this to happen though). The de facto partition should suit them just fine under the circumstances.

They don't have any indication that this was ethnically motivated. What would that be? A note left behind saying we did it because they were Serbs? There also was nothing to indicated that this was not ethnically motivated. The couple were not in some organized crime gang nor were they drug traffickers, or people smugglers. What else could be the reason? Were they robbed?

Keysbone cops at their best again.

For our Albanian friend who cited another reason why Kosovo should not be Serbian I ask. How many is that now? 1000 and counting.

Here we go again. . .

"only 10,000 bodies found so far. . ."

What a complete lie!

I don't understand how B92 allows this happen.

According to the UN's ICTY, a total of 3,000 civilians on both sides were killed.

Additionally, the Red Cross maintains that another 2,000 civilians (again both Serbs and Albanians) are missing.

So aRTA? Where did your extra 7,000 bodies come from?

This poster is a typical example of someone that writes exaggerated claims in the hope of distracting readers from the truth.

The Kosovo Police Service (KPS) has no indication that the murder of two Serb civilians in Kosovo was etnically motivated. There is also no indication that the KPS is actually a Police Service. Why have previous murders of Serbs in Kosovo not been solved - or any other crime committed against Serbs in Kosovo, for that matter?

Of course there were “No indications crime was ethnically motivated”. The self proclaimed republic of kosovo is a western success story. An oasis of peace and tranquility, where all ethnic groups and religious groups live in harmony.

Come on, did you expect anything different?!

" Bogdanović said that he does not believe the Kosovo police because there are many crimes committed against Serbs that have never been solved."

Who cares if you don't believe them? You can't even get in Kosova, you're non-Grata, yet Serbs pay your salary and 100+ other people in "ministry." With every comment he justifies the ban and makes it clear that a "Bosnia solution" is a non-starter in Kosova. Thank you Goran!

To other posters: find the bodies of missing Albanians first, only 10000 have been found so far, then talk. Anyone who doesn't trust the Kosova police and courts should not live there.

Why are the bodies taken to Pristina? So that the corrupt and immoral KPS can empty out their their wallets, take out any gold fillings out of their teeth, and extract any organs that may be valuable?? The record of the KPS in solving any murders of Serbs is pathetic to say the least. The only way there will be peace and harmony in Kosovo is when the Serbian army is back in charge.

Here I would have a single question: Did so called Kosovo Police, relevant International Organizations on the ground and Eulex now, manage to resolve any of the ethnically motivated Crimes against the Serbs and non Albanians from 1999 till present moment?

If the answer is shocking no, or predominantly no, then we can forget about Justice for Mr and Mrs Petkovic in present conditions and we expect from Serbian Government to address with this facts European Council and UN and to finally bring the minority population of Kosovo under umbrella of the Law Protection which should be granted to all citizens of the World.

Why take the bodies to Pristina?
The bodies should've been taken to Belgrade. God knows what will happen to the bodies now. This brings back memories of that other time when the relatives wren't even allowed to see the bodies and then they were dumped in plastic bags like dogs.
