Oh... Maybe You don't know - but "Kosova" authorities are banned in North ;)

True, but what is built on the territory of exYU with permit anyway? For instance, even the church on Otok Vir is illegal.

Hungarian builders on Vir became de-facto illegal not because they did not have permit, but because they rented out the homes without paying "boravista taxa" - and Croatian neighbors objected.

There is no such thing as "reasonable tax" in Hungary, so our citizens export that inside of their mind abroad and try to avoid any tax to anyone. The entire concept of "you pay reasonable tax and in exchange the government does not screws your life up" is foreign for us. Here the government will screw you regardless, do you pay (unreasonable) taxes or not. So we prefer not to pay any tax and screw the government back. Obviously, it is different abroad - but our simplicities do not know that if they decide to have a home on Jadran.

Sorry for the off-topic, but it is a bit of deja vue.

How do you know that they have a permit from ANYONE?
Does the lense on your camera work that well?

You will take Albanian side even when you sound completely ridiculous. People who are saying that they don't have a permit are in a better position to know because they have handed theirs in but have not seen the othe rside do the same. KFOR and the others are not denying it either, so how do you know better than them?

"Serbs and ethnic Albanians have gathered at the same location in order to build houses."

It is known, the Albanian and Serbian mafiosi cooperate wonderfully with each other.

Therefore, the authorities should declare: these simple minds gathered at the same location not to build homes - they are really dangerous mafiosi in disguise and about to smuggle a dozen under-age girls from Moldova, 100 kg of heroin and some explosives.

That will lead to peaceful cooperation and helping each other while building the homes.

Good idea is to paint the mortar (used for house construction) in military colors and put a note on it how to operate a mortar (a canon).

:-P

And don't expect albs to ask for any permission either. Kosovo is a lawless province and will remain so for as long as albs are "in charge".

Kosovska Mitrovica District Chief Radenko Nedeljković said that the Serb community has a clear position that law must be respected and that rules must be the same for both sides.

He reminded that Albanians have already rebuilt 18 houses in the area without acquiring any permits.

There is a big difference between rebuilding the burned houses from Serbian army and building a new house in a newerly bought land from someone. If there were no house there you need a permition to do so even if municipality plan allow it. This is abc of the law. There is no bias here just rule of law.
