The first two posters somehow overlooked the fact that KEK was regarded as the most corrupt institution in Kosovo, and 50% of the Albanians still blame most of the prevading problems on Belgrade, while another 22% think it's because Serbs just refuse to accept Albanian law and order. Maybe a little more effort in community building and a little less effort in Serb beating might ameliorate these problems? Just a thought. I mean it's a crazy idea but it's worth a shot....

Observer,

you beat me. I was just going to comment on the EXACT THING.

Something odd that I saw was that Kosovar serbs were willing to work with Kosovar Albanians in Mar 07 (like 70-80%)...why exactly that month was the perception the highest?

From all this Poll data you can easy find the same opinion of Albanians and Other ethnic communities in Kosovo. Only K-Serbs have totally different and unrealistic approach toward the situation in Kosovo. It is interesting the question of the reason of destabilization in Kosovo. Both K-Albanians and others answered that Beograd intervention is responsible for it. Only 0.4% K-Serbs think the same. What different world of thinking. Jews, Roma, Turks, Bosnians, Montenegrins and Albanians in Kosovo have almost the same opinion for situation in Kosovo. Are Serbs in Kosovo out of tough?
Let’s let them to answer this question.
