NATO's new chief has staked his reputation on achieving concrete advances in Afghanistan, Balkans, and in relations with Russia during his term, RFE/RL reports.

Hypocrisy. How about first showing respect for the territorial integrity of Serbia, a country far from the US sphere of interest, before asking Russia to step back from it's own sphere of interest.
