Tanja Miščević should be sent to a long line waiting for Bosnian, Russian and Albanian visas. I would introduce a special agency which would set up such waiting line and it would be mandatory to pay 100 Euro to it in advance, just to get in line.

That just for her, of curse.

As alternative, she may look at Croatia which does not demand from visiting Russians a visa and to Israel which has the same visa-free regime with Russia as Serbia.

Both countries are on the Schengen "white list".

Otherwise indeed, in EU there are some "black-listed" countries (Nigeria, Bangladesh and such) - citizens from these countries have extreme difficulties to get a visa.

Here Serbia is more "advanced" than even EU, not much to change. Getting a Serbian visa for, say, a citizen of Laos is extremely difficult, even if he is married to a citizen of Slovenia.

And what all this is worth: I was visiting Fruska Gora monasteries yesterday. The line from Hungary and to Hungary made us lose at least 5 Euro worth of gasoline and did cost us 3 hours of doing nothing. My hourly rate if billed by my boss to a third party is well above $150, so we can bill now to Serbian/Hungarian border guards at least $450.

That's what all this stupidity is worth. But I can sleep sure, no Al Quaeda member did slip through either way. Just endless line of minivans full of ex-gastarbajteri and full of tourists.
