The issue here is KLA organ harvesting. Why do you quickly try to put it under the rug, pz, by bringing up another war crime? Are only proposed Serbian atrocities important to you, and those committed by the KLA?

To me the main issue here is the missing persons, while ‘organ harvesting’ is a ‘sub-issue’, if I may say so. Why am I saying this, because it is a proven fact that many people are missing (including here, Albanians, serbs, roma, etc), while ‘organ harvesting’ is some allegation which can not be proven without having discovered the remains.
Further, we are talking here about CoE investigation, which, in my opinion, should investigate and bring to light every singe case of the missing persons from the war, regardless of ethnicity.
“This organ trafficking investigation needs to run its course and it would be nice to see the Kosovo Albanian camp stop denying that they too committed some horrific crimes in Kosovo.

Jason, I fully agree that there should be some well coordinated investigation involving Serbia, Kosovo, EULEX and even Albania, so we could all finally know the truth and this way be able to hand over to the families the remains of their missing beloved.
But as far as ‘organ harvesting’ is concerned, that’s only an allegation. I don’t know if you are informed that recently (in June this year) there were several people arrested in Kosovo, under suspicion that they have paid (bribed) or were ready to pay people so they could witness that KLA was involved in organ trafficking.
There were recordings of the discussions (transcripts were published in several editions in local press) which prove that those arrested were members of Serbian secret service BIA and were ready to pay up to 100.000€ for a ‘witness’.
“I would like to know why it is only Serbia who is prosecuting its own citizens for these crimes while I have not seen any Albanian-run institutions come forward to arrest and convict guilty Albanians”.
There were several KLA members accused by Hague, some were released as not guilty while others were convicted and are serving prison. Eulex has just recently begun court proceedings against several ex KLA, and I really hope justice will sooner or later reach everyone who committed crimes. That’s all I can say on this issue.
