"Vuković evaluated that Jovović would be fully committed to raising the relations between Montenegro and Serbia to the level expected by the citizens of the two countries."

Probably they fear about Montenegro's south (albanian populated eg. Ulcin).

Good international relations occur between friendly countries. Recognizing Kosovo, Montenegro has committed act damaging Serbia's most important national issue.
Montenegro had no compelling raison to side with Serbia's enemies.
Friendly relations? No!
Relations of mutual economic interest may be the only cooperation possible.
Perhaps!

I agree, Agent. I am Montenegren, and I am so against the actions of Dukanovic's government, that I want to scream. Many of my countrymen feel the same way. Dukanovic has sold Montenegro out for his own political advancement, and nothing else. Montenegres are Slavs, and associate with Serbia. Most of us are at least half Serb. Why would we want an Albanian Kosovo? We don't!. Throw this bum Dukanovic out of office, and put him behind bars where a smuggler should be. I say, no diplomatic relations with Serbia, until Montenegro rescinds its recognition of the Albanians in Kosovo, against their Serbian brothers. And only after that, can a diplomatic relation be considered.

And what exactly is Igor bringing to the table that Anka couldn't?
Nothing.

Does Tadic really think that people can be fooled that easily? All it is, is a different coat of paint on the same rusty ute.

Montenegro should focus their energies on Ambassadors to Albania, Kosovo and their other new found friends. As far as I'm concerned they have renounced their brotherhood and friendships with Serbs. Stay in your backyard and we'll be fine in ours.

In order for this to happen you know very well what you have to do...
