Macedonia extradites suspected killer

The extradition request was sent by Serbia in October, 2008, the similar department was created in Kosovo in April, 2009, so, who sent the request earlier? Serbia!
So, he has to be exradited to Serbia, no matter what.
It's obvious his Albanian friends are trying to save him from justice.

Committed a war crime by killing two Serbs. This should land him a job as an official without portfolio in Thaci's organizational chart or a post in the KPS at the very least.

He was not extradited to Serbia because he is a citizen of Kosova. He is accused of committing crimes in Kosova. Therefore he should face the court in Kosova, where Serbian courts do not have any jurisdiction, as much as some people might claim otherwise.

It doesn't matter what country or perceived by some country he is a citizen of, if he commits crimes against citizens of another country, that country has the right to ask for him to be sent to them.
K-Serbs are citizens of Serbia not "Kosova", so Serbia has every right to get him. Another political stunt this is turning out to be.

Once again it shows that Serbia has no power what so ever to meddle with Kosova citizens. Only Kosova govermant has that juristiction.
