12,000 Serbs!!! Probably the the whole population of Strpce is 12,000, of which 3,500 is Albanian. Can we start by actual reality and then we can argue about proper solutions. Or, maybe in the Balkans reality is not important.

Go ask EPS for power then. If they say they can't because of laws then too bad. Let the local serbs deal with radical "leaders."

KEK is sick and tired of the problems and changes of heart every week: "We'll pay" "we will not pay," "we'll pay but not contract," "OK, we'll sign a contract..." etc etc etc.

This is a problem of illegal unilateral declaration of independence - which is not support by peoples loyal to their motherland.
EPS can give power to this peoples in Štrpce - this is no problem. But problem is KEK, which need to expel all EPS from KiM.

So much for the argument "pay your bills and you will get electricity"
Now they want the whole substation that is owned legally by EPS...

"Our biggest problem is KEK's request to hand over the substation in Štrpce which is within the jurisdiction of the Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS),"
