An imperfect one - but one that has a waiting list of people who want to move to it.

That's only because most people from Eastern Europe still believe that America is like they portray it in their soapies. They simply don't know how broken America is and how most people don't live any better than them.

You know, the grass is always greener rubbish.

I have to agree that in a country such as the US where there is such injustice and disparity between haves and have nots, that their superficial view of Kosovo justice system is hardly worth reading.

And as others mentioned Guantanamo, beating / humiliation of Iraqis, the fact that US murders many of its own citizens (alongside Iran) and encourages its own citizens to carry guns.

What kind of society is that?

The U.S. has so much experience in dealing with crime you might as well take advantage of their offer to share:

For a country that detains people at Guantanamo without trial and deny them basic human rights, including access by relatives, lawyers and humanitarian organizations, the USA certainly got a lot of nerve to think it is even fit to pass judgement on other countries' judiciary!

Another question is am I like a Serb and free citizen of the World “impressed” with American Juridical System which works on the principle “more money (for) more rights” .
