just a question, who was it that actually built the electric infrastructure in kosovo? how about the albanians pay off all their debts and buy the power stations and infrastructure that the serbs built...

Yes Goran you're right, serbs built slovenia and all ex yugoslav republics too. They all must own to serbia a huge debt.
Whether you like it or not Kosova will take Serbia to the Court of Justice and then you'll see what serbia has built and what it has destroyed.

Probably the same people that built in in Serbia: Croats and Slovenes. Serbia was on welfare too, Kosova at least had minerals for them, what did you give them? But, Serbia claims that Kosova owns $1+ billion in debt so there is your answer (66% was forgiven by US and Co, the rest is being paid)

'KEK will wait a month or two before collecting the debt for the past 10 years.'

Better to leave this until the two sides get around to dividing assets and obligations (from ex-Yugo times) and have Serbia pick up the charges for unpaid electricity for the Serbian villages at that time. The people living there certainly don't have the means to pay.

"Štrpce locals cut electricity deal with KEK"

I wonder what deal was that...oh, paying their bills.
