A service will be held on Thursday to mark the tenth anniversary of the murder of 14 Kosovo Serb civilians in Staro Gracko near Lipljan.

Micheal, does local authorities also have their own flag,police service and security forces ? Not to mention a president wich is recognized as a President of Kosovo by 62 nations ? The most powerfull ones.

I'm not sure where you want to go with your post. Are you hinting that those innocent 14 Serbian farmers deserved to die at the hands of Bytyqi in order to revenge the deaths of Bytyqis killed by some other Serbs?
And let's not forget that the Serbs that actually killed the Bytyqi's are actually incarcerated, which is more than I can say for the murderers of these 14 innocent Serbs.

You are right, our expectations of albanians is zero which should be in line with what they've done thus far, NOTHING.
However, even in the autonomous region of Kosovo, local authorities need and should be held responsible for maintaining a level of security.

Mazlum Bytyqi, was he related to the three Bytyqi brothers that were killed in Serbia, on July 8, 1999?

This ambush on Serb villagers happened on July 23, of the same year, exactly 15 days after the Bytyqi brothers were killed in the Prokuplje jail, in Serbia.

How is it the KPS and Albaninian authorities have not made any progress in their investigation? There are only two reasons: The KPS and Albanian institutions are inept and incompetent or the KPS and Albanian authorities approve of this type of hate crime because it further terrorizes serbs into leaving Kosovo.

Was many more similar events in 90's... But how many terrorists were arrested by international forces????
Probably some of these terrorists are today in Kosovo "government", "parliment" and "army"...

Has this criminal Bitiqi stood trial? Has he been prosecuted? Has he been convicted? Is he in jail? Does anyone know? Or is the case with the rest of Pristina's incredible backlog of cases? Either way, the killer(s) will not be sent to jail if they are Albanian. That's just the way it is the new Kosovo.
