Nope, EULEX came with the invitation of Kosova and will go once Kosova decides there is no need for them. You tadic amigo can't say anything on its' behalf. UNMIK stayed for as long as K-Albanians wanted them to, today they're either back home or working for EULEX.
(Nelli_Canada, 19 July 2009 02:25)

WRONG. My government decides when EULEX leaves and they decide what Kosovo does and does not do. Wake up to the reality that this is just another version of autonomy. Besides, the false economy of Kosovo would implode in all non-Serbian areas if internationals pulled out.

Let me just one more time elaborate deliberate unprofessionalism and partial impartiality of Eulex under the leadership of Pieter Feith.

Just in the matter of last week we have had two unprovoked terrorist attacks in the Presevo Region of Southern Serbia against the innocent civilian population and nothing less than Local Police Authorities. Accordingly Serbian Minister of Interior Affairs did stated, following the informations he received from Western sources and Embassies in Belgrade, that there is an evidence that “Kosovo Police members” were involved in arms smuggling to the terrorists prior to the attack. Expectingly tension between two ethnical groups escalated equally as “the war of words”.

In this situation, instead of that Eulex does everything to help to calm the spirits and situation down and help the Serbian Authorities to trace the terrorists, also comes out with the Statement that Eulex will examine the allegations of Kosovo Police involvement in arm smuggling and consequently terrorist attack, which would be the natural cause of actions from an “impartial International Organisation”, EULEX, in his “partial impartial” involvement adds the “oil on the fire” and comes out, just and now, with the Statement that they are planning to interrogate elected Kosovo Serbian leader due to the mentioned allegations ??? Was it necessary to come out with this Statement just in the situation when ethnical tensions in the Sothern Serbia and Kosovo Province are inflamed ? if Eulex wants to check on Mr. Ivanovic dealings, could they wait for this “crisis” to past first ?

For every independent observer answer is more than clear. Eulex “impartiality” on Kosovo is equal to zero and due to its unprofessionalism it may provoke ethnical violence.

Does Pieter Feith really consider us - Serbs to be idiots ? If he does not bring his acting inside the borders of his mandate he will be certainly replaced from his duty by the insistence of the Serbian Government.

Tadic is guilty for all that is happening now. He allowed EULEX in knowing that they had no intention of being status neutral and will be implementing the A plan.

I have said this at the very beginning of EULEX getting the go ahead. I am not a politician and am not privy to the details, but even I could see that allowing EULEX was very dangerous.
So how then did Tadic not see that? He did and he should be removed.

This guy knowes that the state of Serbia will not back him up and he feels what is coming. As he said it him self the accusation from the prosecuter is serious and he sounds very worried about it. Why feel unsafe when you are in Serbia and got the support of Belgrade ? Is it because you know they have let you down because indirectly Belgrade has reconized Kosovo.

Did you know that one requirement for Visa free travell was that Serbia has to have full control over it's borders ? Isn't it the first step in not reconizing Kosovo as part of Serbia ?

Duh! Why was EULEX created? Tadic and co know it. No violence will occur, if it does it will be because of "local leaders" pushing it and even them it will not last long.

Slobodan Jr Gendarmes are smashing each door in Presevo valley terrorizing the population, EULEX is asking Milan for an interview. See the difference?

Just few days ago I have watched on Dutch Television interview with Eulex boss to Kosovo Pieter Feith and he did not seem to me at all “status neutral”. In contrary it was obvious that his activity is focused in establishing “so called” Kosovo State and his attitude and comments about Kosovo Serbian leaders were clearly hostile.

Eulex and namely Pieter Feith politics in proceeding with steps of impartiality and acts focused against the freedom of elected Kosovo Serbian leaders can only escalate the situation between two hostile ethnical groups to the level of violence.

It would be clearly advisable that Serbian Authorities and EU officials do point to this fact to Pieter Feith and limit and sanctions his irresponsible way of dealing with Eulex affairs.

I have known for quite some time that EULEX are acting way out of line in Mitrovica.
They certainly are not abiding by Resolution 1244 and feel they have the right to implement the rubbished Ahtisaari plan.
Mr. Ivanovic has every right to represent his own people in his own country.
It is becoming clearer to me now that EULEX are deliberately trying to disturb the peace in Northern Kosovo i Metohija with the aim of blaming the Serb community for any resulting unrest.

We must expect any reports emanating from EULEX offices to be replete with blatant lies.
