Serb returnee assaulted in Kosovo

What a disgrace this is! Unbelievable the suffering Serbs in Kosmet have to live with in their own country - all thanks to the occupier america. They posined our Holy Land with depleted uranium, and people wonder why we hate america so much. We need Serb army back in Kosmet asap! These fanatics will never stop with their greed to steal more and more land, and kill as many Serbs as they can.

Not the first attack and won't be the last returnee attacked as much as I'd hate to admit this sad fact. Albanians don't want serbs to come back so there WILL be more bloodshed.

The fact there are attacks against Serbs is not amazing in itself, because it is not the first time. However, what is amazing is how purposefully inept the KPS have been at solving these crimes. Until the KPS starts coming down hard on Albanians for hate crimes against Serbs, the institutions of Kosovo will not have any respect.

Another one, of the hundreds of thousands of case of intimidations, assaults, rapes and murders of local Kosovo Serbs and non-Albanians citizens which is committed and which be, by the pattern of previous hundreds of thousands mentioned cases, stayed unpunished.

This reason is and will be, among the number of others, that Serbia will never even reconsider Province independence.
We do owe that to the hundreds of thousands of innocent victims, basic human moral and Christian sense of Justice.

Accordingly, Serbian authorities should file legal charges to the UN and EU concerning the deliberate inability of Pieter Feith and his "team" to protect Kosovo Serbian and non-Albanian population.

They can`t kill us all,and we will be back regardless of how many times they try..

What exactly are you trying to say here? Are you saying that there was a shootout here of some sorts, or that this man had a fight with his neighbours? Even if he argued with his neighbours is this reason to try to kill him?

Stop with excuses here. There is no excuse for assaulting this man other than he is a Serb and wants to come back to Kosovo.

I have never heard of any case that can be solved instantaniously. These cases can be solved much quicker if the Kosovar serb minority cooperated with the proper authorities (KP, EULEX).

It reminds me of LA shootouts started by neighbors and then they call LAPD to stop it. These people then get furious that the police won't respond....umm duh!!

Those that are slandering KPS, relax, they already investigated and determined a few things:
1. "the returnee was injured, most likely when he received blow to the head"
2. "here is "suspicion" that Magić was attacked, but that this "cannot be claimed with certainty".

Well, all that Vukovar siege would never happen but croatian paramilitary started bombing and killing yugoslav recruits and only then JNA was sent to save their lives. What happened later was overreaction.
