Dtt-net.com – A Kosovo family headed for summer vacation in Albanian seaside was attacked by two Albanian gunmen in north of Albania, with the mother being wounded by shotgun while trying to defend her 8 year old son from attackers.

I can't beleive what I am reading. So, just now the prosecutor is working intensivly to gather documents and prepare a case against Gasi.
If there was no documentation of crime till now, how can you do it in 2-3 days? Again, as I have said it in another post that these are nothing but trump up charges without any merit.

You aren't familiar with the legal profession are you? You can have a case and you can have all the evidence but you don't have the specific pleadings or forms for the particular court.
They will, i "guess", have to do certain things and make applications to certain courts for an extradition. That will likely involve an italian lawyer.
Extradition and a warrant for arrest are two different things.
You said below you were looking for truth. Stand back and try and be objective. Please try and I mean that sincerely.
Why put shame on your self and your country ? Every human being knowes that you will never get this guy or some other guy from Kosovo. As long as they are in a country that have reconized Kosovo they will extradited to Kosovo. You can ask extradition only from Kosovo and you will not get it that way.
