- then Europe will use majority voting to decide it's issues, so it (the Eu as a whole) could recognise Kosovo officially. I'd like to see what Delic would have to say then.

Spain et al's position will be meaningless if the Lisbon Treaty passes - then Europe will use majority voting to decide it's issues, so it (the Eu as a whole) could recognise Kosovo officially. I'd like to see what Delic would have to say then.
