Sweden, Austria, Finland and Ireland are also surrounded by NATO, they all have armies, so what is your point? NATO is not some tool for Albania to feel all tough, and anyway, NATO has no reason to attack Serbia, the West is pushing for good relations with them. Sorry.

Albania doesn't even have an army. Their pilots get approximately 15% compared to the Greek air force, and a military analyst claimed that Albania is the weakest army in the Balkans, apart from Montenergo, so we are talking a completely different league here when we are comparing the armies of Serbia and Albania.

Albanians employ only the highest echlon of military hardware and equipment that they strategically use to flee and retreat to the mountains!

Šutanovac explained that "this is simply because we have problems with armaments and military equipment which has not been renewed for many years, because our vehicles are very old on average... and all this due to decades of not investing in equipment and modernization."

It sucks not having Croatia and Slovenia buy the weapons you can just take from JNA, right?

All your neighbors are or will be NATO members anyway, what's the point of even having a Serbian army?
