This brings up the question of wind power plants again... Serbs in kosovo needs to be independent from the pirates of KEK. In Strpce they can import electricity from Fyrom, in other enclaves they have to get other sources of energy then to rely on KEK, KEK is as unseriuos as the ukrainian government that steals the russian gas...

Not only wing - in Štrpce region is lot of mountain streams, so - serbian government should invest in water turbines.

Good!!! Now, maybe, they will start paying some of their accumulated (during the last 10 years) debt.

Kosovo Albanian journalist Jeta Xharra has revealed that K-Albanian "politicians" have unpaid electricity bills amounting to over €5000 each. So I wonder why they are not getting their electricity cut and why Jeta's life was threatened?

We all know this isn't just about "paying your bills", but rather about being Serbian because even those that pay their bills still have their power turned off.

Wow! is this the new multi ethnic democratic 'Kosova' we have been hearing about from Peter Feith, Javier Solana & co. where its paradise on Earth, wine and fishes, nuclear weapons, freedom of speech bursting forth with polar bears freely roaming the plains.

We all know the reason the remaining Serbs have been targeted while their Albanian brethern continue to get away with unpaid bills.

Where in the world did you see excluding Kosovo until now that you dont pay for electricity.
Peter Faith and EULEX already paid their bills.
so just pay your bill and dont make any noise because nobody cares.
if serbs dont pay for electricity I urge all albanians not to pay their bills either.

Mike,

You are aware that gas in Kosova costs depending on time 1.12 ~ 1.48 EUR right? Just how much electricity do you think a liter of gasoline will produce??

If electricity with generators was cheaper we all would have switched decades ago. Please be rational & reasonable.

"That problem can easily be solved, the police can agree to disagree and show up."

aRTA, if Strpce is anything like Gracanica, the "police" have better things to do. The police don't show up in America if I don't pay bills. Don't know what kind of law enformcement you're expecting.

"I had in mind to complain to EULEX and Peter Faith but i found it easier to go and pay 50 Euros in order to bring the outstanding amount under 200€"

You're paying 50 euro? You're getting ripped off. Serbs are supposed to pay only 26 (a reasonable price if you ask me compared with US bills). But for the price of 50 euros, you can get a generator and cut out the middleman.

What a coincidence, this happened in Prishtina to all households whose outstanding bill electricity is above 200€, including me. I had in mind to complain to EULEX and Peter Faith but i found it easier to go and pay 50 Euros in order to bring the outstanding amount under 200€.

This is an unfortunate game that's being played by the KEK. It's truly amazing that these (KEK) are STILL getting away with this atrocity.

How much more of this specific form of abuse is going to continue until something is REALLY done????

The dirty secret no one talks about: in six months we will find out that most Serbs living in Kosova will have actually have official residences in central Serbia, or at least outside Kosova. Mark my words.

No money, no electricity. It appears that Albanians are playing this the Russian style, with one difference that the Serbs suddenly regards this offensive. Well, but we must understand. They cannot offend their lordmasters. Maybe the Gaz pipelines might "miracely" not work.

And where is EULEKS and Pieter Feith?
Would it be their primary responsibility to protect bare survival of only few left Serbian enclaves in Kosovo?
NATO and EULEKS mission of subtitle deletion of non Albanian population from Kosovo "succesfully" continues.
