Can't agree more. Indeed, Uyghurs are ethnically a Turkic trible. Now not just Greeks and Armenians - but Han are on the list, too.

As for EU: Turkey only after Taiwan, Russia and Japan.

I do not think I have seen greater hypocrisy in politics before! China should immediately reciprocate by recognizing the Armenian Genocide (not to mention Assyrians and Greeks) and call on the entire community to do so to isolate Turkey via UN mandate, until this "democratic and Western country" at least admits that they mass-murdered millions of innocent people (mostly) women and children.

No Turkey in the EU, ever! They can join their genocidal brothers, the Sudanese in the Arab League, for all I care.

Turkey has some nerve accusing China of Genocide, when in fact they have been committing Genocide against the Kurds for over 60 years and continue to do so to this year! And before that lets not even get started with what the Ottoman empire is responsible for!

This was a very foolish statement to make by Turkey, good luck to them with China relations now. And for those fools who think China is "nothing", I suggest to them to do some research and this they will discover that China, after Japan and the USA and before Germany is the most important country in the world economically speaking!

If this is genocide then it is Turkic group who is committing genocide.

Look at what the BBC says (link at http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/8145451.stm)

The BBC says:
of the 184 people who died, 137 were Han Chinese.

What a hypocrit this guy is! The death of 180 people in China is genocide but the killing of hundreds of thousands Armenians by the Turks is not.

It is very funny and paradox, to see the prime minister of a country which is responsible for the the genocide of 4 million Armenians and 1 million Greeks in 1915 and 1922 to accuse others of genonide!!

Turkey - even today - immorally refuses to recognise the unimaginable crimes their ancestors committed, and at the same time accuses others for the same thing! The biggest killer nation on the plannet should not accuse others for killing...

Another good example that "International Law", primary paragraph: the protection of human rights, is just a meaningless term. UN just keeps on failing and becomes with another failure even more power- and meaningless.

I get the impression that mullah Erdogan doesn't understand the meaning of the word"genocide".

The Chinese state media has reported that the total death toll amounted to 183 victims of which 137 were Han Chinese and 46 from the minority Uighurs. It was probably the worst ethnic violence in decades but doesn't make it a genocide.

If Erdogan wanted to find more about genocide he should
look closer at home and consider the deaths of millions of Armenians and Greeks.

Erdogan is again repeating the same mistake again by trying to meddle into China's internal matters by intervening publicly in favour of the supposedly Turkic Uighur minority.Last year he caused the wrath of the German goverment when he urged Turkish immigrants living in Germany not to integrate and never to forget they're Turks above all.

My answer to that will be if an immigrant doesn't want to integrate with the host country he shouldn't be there at all and should be repatriated to his native country.
