Thanks for mentioning the US. So, please enlighten the forum on:
A. How exactly the USA legislature qualifies attack on police

attempted murder or murder of a police officer, depending

B. Will there be possible military involvement in the search for the attackers

Absolutely not - the military is prohibited from being used within the country

C. If still alive, when apprehended, what (lawful) punishment will be awaiting the attackers

It depends on the state (some have death penalty, some don't) and the specific circumstances. First guess - life in prison.

D. Is the usage of the words
"terror" and "terrorist" prohibitive in such situation ?

not sure what you mean by "prohibitive" - terrorist attacks are considered to be attacks intended to inspire terror in the wide public, so it's unlikely

Terrorism is bad in any form.The pain is felt most by the victims,In this instance the injured officers.And of late it has been felt by many victims. I just can not bring myself commenting empty words,so i ask all the Serb,Albanian commentetors have you got any prospective positive suggestions in the Serbo-Albanian gut hate becouse i strongly belive without justice there can not be peace, and justise for me means everybody master of their own house.I have never thought of representing my neighbour in the city hall. Think about it,where is the problem rooted. Serb comments are very much like this, Albanian terrorists , Albanian blackhole , Hashish,. Do i need to remind you of what we Albanians think of ourself? i think i do. We are the most pure race in the region, indiginous to the land, very peace loving, tolerant, and very determined to get justice. Perhaps in a few years time, instead of talking of who is the biggest terrorist or drug dealer we can talk about who has got the best cuisine in the region,i am sure Serbia has plenty to offer.

1. Stop shooting at Serbian police in an attempt to a) instigate another war or b) protect some criminal enterprises

That's exactly what I expected you to say in front of camera. Too bad you can't massacre innocent people anymore.

Denis,

Let me see if I understand your argument. . .

The countries that:

* bomb us mercilessly
* indiscriminantly kill our civilians
* massacre our children
* devaste our infrastructure
* poison our lands with illegal weapons
* prevent us access to foods and medicines
* assist in theft of our territories
* force the expelsion of our people from their historical lands and
* participate in the destruction of our cultural treasures

. . .decree us as the war criminals??

Come on. . .take your nonsense elsewhere.

Who are albanians trying to fool? Of course it was albanian insurgents. Even foreign news media believes so.

Can someone tell me where does it say that Albanians did it? Too quick to call people terrorists when in Mitrovica the Serbs killed a KFOR soldier none of you said the person who killed the soldier was a terrorist. Tadic didn't do it, none of you did it. So what we have is a Serb killing someone in uniform is not a terrorist. An unconfirmed person with unknown ethnicity injures 2 Serbs in uniform is a terrorist. This is desperately trying to tie people to an act and politicize it and put pressure on a whole ethnicity on a whole population. Same old dirty tactics. Lets make some people guilty without the investigation being over. Be careful though; anything wrong you do towards Albanians has a way of reciprocating. Tread carefully.

Serbs have the most convictions from Hague for mass killings and crimes against humanity, and what do you know, they accuse you for terrorism! Wow, how laughable, does this defy logic or what?

It simply shows how irreconcilable we are, and why independence the only way out.

Where does it say that the attackers were Albanians?? One can not say that since the attack took place in Presevo region the attackers must have been albanians. I'm not trying to protect anyone here, but somehow i find it immature to jump into conclusions and link everything evil with Albanians. Let police and court do their work. Criminal is a criminal, and crime gets punished because it is a crime not because it is committed by this or that person belonging to this or that ethnicity. After all, presevo is in Serbia and therefore all its citizens are to be treated equal.

So, members of the police service of a democratic state who in the performance of their duties are ambushed with rocket propelled grenades and automatic weapons, now represent 'writtings' from the same Milosevic book. Pathetic effort to justify attempted murder, by violent Albanian militants hellbent on provoking a new conflict. Provoke the State into an overwhelming response, then encourage the West to do your fighting for you. I think that old chestnut has finally been consigned to the fire.

Escalating the situation, eh?

Tadic:
1. Use only diplomatic and political efforts
2. Demilitarize: Pull out the military or the population will push back
3. Invest in the region
4. Ask EULEX and KFOR to include Presevo, and the surrounding areas in their jurisdictions with 1244 since it says it's part of Serbia.
5. Lower the volume, calling people terrorists does not help you, the EU /US knows the situation there.
