I too wonder how much this has cost the west but it seems that the worst price paid was by the people of former Yugoslavia.

I too wonder how much this has cost the west but it seems that the worst price paid was by the people of former Yugoslavia.

In other words: it is more important, what happens with Opel at this moment than with some country-building "projects" outside of Germany.
At the end, it would be interesting to know the total cost of these failed experiments.
