It is a flat out lie, casue signing contract with KEK has nothing to do with recognition of Kosova.

So - why they can't buy electricity from EPS??
Until windpower and hydropower is fully built out in serbian parts of Kosovo, why not import power from Fyrom to Strpce? That should solve the problems with KEK
